Head Chef Martin Wong
Chef Martin was trained in the finesse of classical French cuisine, with over 15 years of culinary experience under his belt. This includes the likes of multi award-winning fine dining establishments, classic French restaurants and contemporary kitchens.
In his personal pursuit of culinary refinement, Chef Martin honed his skills alongside 2 Michelin-star Chef Fernand Mischler and grew his skills over the course of his vibrant years of serving quality dishes.
Aiming to deliver the perfect balance with and within his dishes, this veteran in alcohol pairing also continues to push the boundaries with his mixology passion. A National champion, Chef Martin has won awards endorsed by the World Association of Chef Societies.
